Click on 'Transactions' in the left sidebar.

Navigate to the 'Transactions' section by clicking the 'Transactions' option under the 'Financial' category in the sidebar.

Search by 'Invoice Number'

Enter the 'Invoice Number' to see all transactions related to an invoice.

Click on 'All Transactions' filter.

Ensure all transactions are visible by selecting the 'All Transactions' filter option.

Click on 'Success' filter.

Filter the transactions to show only successful ones by clicking the 'Success' filter option.

Click on 'Failed' filter.

Filter the transactions to show only failed ones by clicking the 'Failed' filter option.

Transaction Status

Successful transactions will have a green checkmark. Failed transactions will display a red triangle. Hovering over the triangle will display a message indicating why the transaction failed.

Filter page by 'Date'

Set a date range to view transactions.

Filter page by 'Client'.

Type the client name into the search field to yield relevant results and select the applicable client.

Filter page by 'Division'.

For companies with multiple Divisions, this filter is available for transactions.

Filter page by 'Payment Method'.

Use this filter to view transactions made by a payment method or combination of payment methods.

Click the 'Refund' button next to a transaction.

Initiate a refund process by clicking the 'Refund' button associated with a specific transaction.
